• Have previous training experience.
• Recognised as an expert in NGOSS, OSS/J
• Participates in the working teams of the OSS/J Initiative or the TMFORUM
• Has practical experience in deploying NGOSS or OSS/J
• Ability to travel
• Ability to speak languages other than english is an advantage.
